Yo,

So anyhow, GOSU meets once a week in the Kerr-Drummond Mezzanine at 7:00pm on Tuesday evenings.

At this meeting we generally talk about what's going on with current events, both organization and gaming industry related. These meetings aren't mandatory, as nothing in GOSU really is, but your involvement is appreciated.

If you want to be in the loop as to what is going on, then I suggest you try to attend meetings. I'll be at them all regardless of all other issues. GOSU is what I base my schedule around, not the other way.

If you absolutely can't make it, then the forums would probably be a good place to see what's going on in the near future. The Scheduling and Events forum was created to this end.

Is there no more meetings? noticed the front page says no more, except for officers. Havik talked to killerkev though and he said there was......? If so, where?

I believe we're Meeting in Suite A on campus. Go up to room 407 if we're not already out in the lounge area by the elevators.

The meetings will be primarily for officers, and those are the only ones that have to attend. Everyone else is certainly welcome, though. Time and place have yet to be determined.

In the meantime, make sure you keep checking the forums and main page, as we will be announcing/discussing things here instead of in meetings. That's the main reason we dropped meetings for everyone, we have a forum that makes it so much easier and so there's really no need.

If I were you guys I would "ban" anyone BUT officers from coming, if you ever want to get anything done......... If me, havik & riz were there, we'd all be talking about Quakecon the entire time. waffling

Yeah, i didn't feel like we were getting a lot done as a full group and that really only a few people were needed to get the meetings done.

That and really it was weighing sorta heavily on my mind that I'd started a group that made people go to meetings. I hate meetings. Razzberry....

So don't bother coming unless you're an officer and I make you come. We'll post everything relevant here.

Well, fast forward to September.

We're having meetings again. Last semester without meetings turned out to be a bad idea in my opinion. We didn't get nearly what I wanted to done, between not meeting and everyone playing way too much WoW.

Well, none of us play Wow anymore, and we should resume meetings.

Meetings will be held in the Kerr Mezz at 7pm on Tuesdays for the time being. We may, at some later date reserve another room for meetings.

Glad to hear you guys are back in action. WTF is with the no WoW though? We still play hardcore!!! Traitor! It takes a lot of willpower, but its possible to do MMO, FPS, and LAN if you try hard enough Winku!

I sold my level 60, epic'd out mage back in June for a retarded amount of cash, and most everyone else just quit. Kevin still plays WoW, but also FPS's as well.

If I played another MMO, it wouldn't be WoW.

Anyway, yea we're back looking for stuff to play now. Everyone is scattered on what they're playing.

Hell, I'm playing PSOne RPGs now.
