of all the dates Hans and i picked, we only got one, Sept 19th. (Hans also chose a thanksgiving day weekend, good going bud) so, I said i would ask you guys and then drop the guy an e-mail.

Any suggestions?

Just go one week off one way or the other.

If you can keep them at least 3 weeks apart and cram 4 in for the semester, do it. If not, we'll settle for 3, and maybe do a Street Fighter 4 tournament or something in some random classroom.

Those are a lot easier to arrange.

Alright. Here are the Aug 24th notes:

LAN Dates
September 19th
October 10th and 31st
November 21st

The two dates in October are tentative. One may not work, but we are aiming for 4 LANs this semester.

A-frames: Used to really promote one specific LAN.
- How long it takes to get one?
- How long it stays up?
- Who makes them?
- Used to get our name out there.

Games:
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC)
- Team Fortress 2
- Wolfenstien?
- Left4Dead?

Consoles:
- Anyone interested in playing them?

Hans is researching our monies situation.

well there was no other option available for the 21st of November but the caucus room. It is what we have and it is what we will use. this is not the greatest of rooms but it is better than the alternative.

September 19th
October 10th and 31st
November 21st

all of those are in the exhibit rooms except the 21st. it is in the caucus room.

The only one that i have the letter September 19th. I have an e-mail confirming the 21st of November.

I think we have the 10th and 31st, i will e-mail Jason again to confirm.

Note for the Nov. 21 LAN:

I'm coming to set up and bring the stuff to run it, then going home to take a nap. I got back from working on a project at 6:15 the morning.
